Mission

- Manage the creation of a new corporate website and ensure a high-quality content brief.
- Design the new “careers” page within the new corporate website together with HR.
- Develop a tactical plan for Human Resources for social media.

  • Lead the project “new corporate website”

- Define communication objectives.  
- Manage planning, milestones and validation loop.
- Creation of the content brief.
- Gather and synthesize information from the different department stakeholders such as HR, Purchasing, CSR, etc.
- Ensure clarity and consistency of information.
- Coordinate with copywriter for creation of final SEO adapted content.
- Liaise with the communication team who will define wire frame, graphic design, pre-prod mock-up, and carry out integration and launch.

  • Design the “career” page within the new corporate website

- Identify and analyse the needs together with the HR community
- Benchmark existing software solutions for the HR recruitment process an CV admin
- Create content for this section

  • HR in the social media

- Create a tactical plan for HR to increase the visibility of ARaymond in the social media to facilitate recruitment and give more attractiveness. Create guidelines and best- practices to empower local ARaymond entities.

Expérience professionnelle

A Master's degree in communication, marketing, public relations or a related field with a relevant experience in the communication field, with at least five years of experience in internal communication

  • Understanding of the company’s strategy and its strengths and weaknesses
  • Capacity to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional manner.

  • Experience in working with HR matters is a plus
